The Stock Overview on the Stock page allows you to monitor the stock levels of all the paint materials available in your shop.

For each item you can can see:

• the current total volume, which is the volume of the closed cans in stock and the Items in use
• the volume of closed cans in the Starage
• the volume of the cans in Use
• and the number of pending items (cans you ordered but you haven't received them yet).

The low-on-stock items are marked with a red icon, these items have a current volume lower than the minimum volume configured.

You can easily adjust the min volume on the Stock Configuration page if the min volume is incorrect.  

When there are low on stock items you can easily start a new order by pressing on the NEW ORDER  button:

Once the order is received you can book the items in by pressing the PROCESS DELIVERY button
