Before starting to use the Stock management module you need to configure the Stock first.

To make the necessary changes go to 'Stock'  and click on 'Stock Configuration'

In the Stock configuration page, you can set up the following:

• Alert when stock below (L)
  Enter the minimum volume (in L) you want in your shop. When the current stock volume is lower than the minimum, MIXIT will show a red can icon on the Stock Overview page. When performing an order, these low-on-stock items will be automatically added to the order.
• Target closed cans in stock
  Enter the maximum number of closed cans you want in your shop here. MIXIT will use this volume to calculate the number of cans to order for the low-on-stock items.
• Mixing & dosing lids
  MIXIT uses the lid's weight to calculate the paint's net weight when performing stock control of the open cans.
• Residue % per can
  Here you can add a percentage off paint residue which is left in the can after finishing the can.

You can configure each stock item individually or use the bulk edit option to configure several items simultaneously.

Note: 
we advise you to configure the stock with the values to your best knowledge. Later on, you can adjust them as you see fit.

To use the bulk function you first select tehe items you want to configuer and then click on 'BULK EDIT'

In the screen below you can apply the settings and click  'CONFIRM'

This will apply the settings to the selected stock items
