Because the normal method for performing a correction measurement is currently not working, you can use the following alternative method:

Step 1

Go to Mixes and click on “Start color correction” for the color you want to correct.

Step 2

In the wizard, click on “Take a new measurement” (as usual).

After measuring and synchronizing, you will receive the following error message:

Step 3

Go back to Mixes and click “Start color correction” again. Now select “Select existing measurement”. There you will find the correction measurement, in this case Alternatief.C.

When you select “Alternatief.C”, the correction will be performed.
