To upload a measurement, MIXIT needs to be able to communicate to your local hardware. This connection needs to be established via the instrument manager​

​Instrument manager is a Windows tray application that allows a connection from the MIXIT website to your hardware peripherals. Before MIXIT can interface with your hardware the application needs to be installed and the hardware needs to be configured.​
