In order to view the price of a formula or of a mix, you first need to enter the Sell price for each marketing item you have in stock.
Any user with the Shop Owner role can do this by going to the Settings >> Price management.

Prices can be added to stock items in 2 different ways;
- manualy adding the prices
- Import prices with an Excel file
1. Manually adding prices
The Price management page enables you to have a Sell Price for each marketing item by entering the List Price and the Markup
In order to get the Sell price you enter the List prise and add a Markup to it if needed, this will generate the Sell prise which will be used to calculate the prices of the mixes.
2. Import prices with an Excel file
You can also import the prices with help of an Excel file, to do this you first need to create an Excel file.
This Excel file should contain 1 page and in this page you crate 2 columns:
- The first column you name marketingnumber
- The second column you name price
Open Price management tab and click on IMPORT LIST PRICES
This will open the following screen
click on the + and brows to the Excel file you created
Click NEXT, this will open the folowong screen
Click OK to import the prices, when this was successfull you will see the message below
the the List prices are added to price management, if needed you can enter a Markup to it which results in the Sell price which is used to generate the price for the Mixes.
