Fixing the color damage means more than finding and applying the right color. It also involves finding the right primer and clearcoat, adding the correct ready to spray (RTS) components.

The Primers and Clearcoats functionality enables the users to:

• Find the primer and/or clearcoat they need
• Pause and resume the mix
• Cancel the mix
• Mix more

This functionality is available to any body shop with license type: Low, Medium or High.

In order to find the right primers and clearcoats required for fixing the color damage, the Shop Owner needs to first indicate which Primers and Clearcoats the body shop has in stock.

Steps:

• From the Settings > Product management screen, select a Brand
• Go to Primers/Fillers, Clearcoats, Hardeners, Mixing thinners and Others tab and indicate which components you use in your body shop
• If you use shaded primers (like Colorbuild Plus or Colorbuild Plus 250), go to Shaded primers tab and indicate which ones you use in your body shop
