A Distributor has the option to add a user to a customer via the distributor page.

Please follow the following steps

1) Go to the Distributor page, select the customer and click on the HOME button at the right sidex

2) After clicking the HOME button a new window appears with the option  ADD USER  , clicking on this button.... will open a other screeen


 

fill all fields and click on   Save 

3) The User will receive an invitation mail to join the bodyshop, he needs to press  Accept invitation  to continue to process.

4) After accepting the invitation MIXIT will open and you can enter your Email address and create your own password.

Create a password of at least 8 characters, containing one capital letter, one lowercase letter, and one digit.

Tick both boxes and click on the  SIGN UP   button to start using MIXIT.

5) Now the user is also added as user in this shop and is visible in Shop Users, more users can be added by clicking the + ADD USER    again, you can add as many users you want. 

6) In case the User is no longer working at this bodyshop he also can be deleted from here by pressing   DELETE USER   , pressing    OK   will remove the user from the shop and he has no access anymore.
