A Shop Owner has the possibility to assign different roles to a user or when you want to change the responsibilities of an existing user.

The basic functions of these roles are described in the article  "User Roles In MIXIT" , in this article we explain how the different roles can be assigned to users.

Note:
Adding users to a shop can only be done by the Shop Owner, you can visit the "Add User" article to learn how to add users to your account.

Please follow the steps below to manage User Roles

1. Make sure you are logged in as Shop Owner, go to Settings and select Shop Users, this will open the screen below, here you click on   CHANGE USER ROLER(S)  behind the user 
   
   
2. Clicking this button will open a new window, click on Shop Painter....
   
   
    

3. ....... this will open a dropdown box with all available roles.
   
   

    

4. You can add the role or roles by checking the box before the roles in the window below
   
   

    

5. After the selection is made press    SAVE   to apply the changes
   
   
    

6. The changes made to the users have immediate effect and the roles for each user are visible in the Shop Users screen.
