In MIXIT users can be added to a shop and different roles can be assigned to each user. 

Currently we have the following roles:

1. Shop Owner

2. Painter

3. Workorder Manager

4. Stock manager

1. Shop Owner

A Shop Owner can make all necessary changes and has access to all settings which gives him full control over the account.

The responsibilities which only can be managed by a Shop Owner are:

• Making changes in the MIXIT configuration page which effects all other users
• Importing or adjusting prices of the items in Price management 
• Managing the available Brands and products
• Deleting Own Color Formula's
• Adding users to the account and assign roles to them
• Enabling Stock notifications to users with Stock Manager role and relevant people
• Adding and removing mixing rooms and spray booths to the system.

2. Painter

A Painter has the most limited access but can perform all essential tasks for mixing and managing colors.

The basic tasks are:

• Searching for color formula's in home search and bank search with help of a Spectrophotometer.
• Mixing Colors and Ancillaries.
• Create and save their favorite mixing ratios.
• Create Own Color formula's.
• Data in Workorders can be added except amount approved and refinish hours.
• Can create all Painter reports.

3. Workorder Manager

The Workorder Manager role can be added to the Painter to allow the painter or a dedicated person to Manage Workorders.

• this means that all functions described in the Painter role are available to a workorder manager

The functions which are available when the Workorder manager role is added are: 

• Open new work orders, close them, and reopen closed work orders.
• Delete empty Workorders.
• Adding approved amount and Refinish hours to the Workorder.
• Generate Workorder, Painter, and VOC reports.

4. Stock Manager

A Stock Manager role can be added to the Painter to allow the painter or a dedicated person to Manage Stock.

• this means that all functions described in the Painter role are available to a Stock Manager.

The functions which are available when the Stock Manager role is added are: 

• Manage Stock configuration and stock levels in MIXIT.
• Ordering stock items and manage deliveries.
• Generate Stock, Painter, and VOC reports.
