In MIXIT users can be added to a shop and different roles can be assigned to each user.
Currently we have the following roles:
1. Shop Owner
2. Painter
3. Workorder Manager
4. Stock manager
1. Shop Owner
A Shop Owner has the most complete access in the MIXIT system. Their responsibilities are:
- MIXIT Configuration: They can make changes to the overall system configuration.
- Price Import & Adjustment: They can import and adjust product prices.
- Product Selection: They manage the selection of products available in the system.
- User Management: They can add users and assign roles to them.
- Stock Notifications: They can set up notifications for users with the Stock Manager and any other persons related to stock levels.
- Mixing Rooms & Spray booths: They have the authority to add and remove mixing rooms and spray booths from the system.
2. Painter
A Painter has more limited access but can perform essential tasks for mixing and managing colors:
- Color & Bank Search: They can search for color recipes and color banks.
- Mixing Colors & Ancillaries: They can mix colors and manage associated materials (ancillaries).
- Favorite Ratios: They can create and save their favorite mixing ratios.
- Create Own Colors: They can create new colors for their work.
- Workorders: They can view, close, open, and reopen workorders (if configured by the Shop Owner).
- Reports: They can generate Painter and VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) reports.
3. Workorder Manager
The Workorder Manager role can be added to the Painter to allow the painter to manage Workorders as well or it can be assigned to a dedicated Workorder manager:
- All Painter Functions: Access to all the functions available to the Painter role.
- Workorder Management: They can open new work orders, close them, and reopen closed work orders.
- Reports: They can generate Workorder, Painter, and VOC reports.
4. Stock Manager
A Stock Manager is responsible for managing inventory and stock levels:
The Stock Manager role can be added to the Painter to allow the painter to manage Stock as well or it can be assigned to a dedicated Stock manager:
- All Painter Functions: They have access to the same features as the Painter role.
- Stock Management: They can manage inventory and stock levels in the system.
- Stock Module: They have full access to the stock module and its functionalities.
- Reports: They can generate Stock, Painter, and VOC reports.
