The colors you find in MIXIT may have a reference to color documentation. If those reference are not listed, then most likely your color documentation is not configured properly in the settings

1. Go to Settings > Select Brands and Products and scroll down to Documentation selection

1. Select the documentation set or sets that you have in your shop
2. Press save
3. Search for the color that you would like to match

Now the references to the color documentation are displayed
