We recommend that you always have 2 Shop Owners in your shop. Here is how you can easily provide the Shop Owner role to any user:

1. As Shop Owner, go to Settings > Shop Users
2. Find the user you want to make Shop Owner
3. Press the PROMOTE TO SHOP OWNER button

As soon as the user is promoted to Shop Owner, he can: manage users, brands, products, and so on. For the full list of actions for a Painter or a Shop Owner, see the User Roles page.

Example

Situation: Richard, the Shop Owner, wants to promote Tom from Painter role to Shop Owner role.

Steps:

• Richard, the ShopOwner, goes to Settings > Shop Users and promotes Tom to Shop Owner.
