Prices can easily be imported with the help of an Excel file which contains the prices of the items used in your account.
Before importing prices, you have to prepare the Excel file in such a way that MIXIT is able to read and import the prices.
Create an Excel file
To create an Excel file, click the Import / Export button in the Prices tab
This opens a new window where you have to click the Download Excel file button:
An Excel file is now created and stored in the Downloads folder on your PC. The file contains all the active products in your account and will look like the example below:
Now you can enter prices, discounts, and markups if required.

After you have entered the prices (and discounts, and markups) you can save and close the file.
Now return to the Prices page in MIXIT and click the Import / Export button again to open the Import / Export window.
In the indicated area you have three options to choose from:
- Update prices: This updates only the prices you have entered in the Excel file. Discounts and markups are not imported.
- Update Prices and Discounts: This will update the prices and the discounts you entered in the Excel file. Markups are not imported.
- Update Prices, Discounts and Markups: This imports all entered data from the Excel file.
After you have selected your preference, click the area to drop your Excel file here (red circled area) and browse to the Excel file you prepared.
After selecting the Excel file, click IMPORT PRICES:
When the prices are imported successfully, the window below appears:
After closing the previous window, all prices, discounts, and markups are now imported.
