After enabling "Painter Identity", you will have the option to add a Mix-room account on the Shop users page.

To create a Mix-room account, click the  ADD MIX ROOM ACCOUNT   button. A window will open informing you that the Mix-room account will be created using your current email address with +mix-room1 added to it.

After you confirm, an invitation email will be sent to accept the invitation.

Enter a password and click  SIGN UP   on the next screen.

Once the invitation has been accepted and the password has been set, the Mix-room account will appear on the Shop users page.

Note:
Users can only be added to the Mix-room account by the shop owner.

To add a user, click  ADD PAINTER    in the Mix-room section. Enter the user's first and last names, then click Save.

A new window will open displaying the automatically generated PIN code that the user will need when mixing.

The user has now been added to the Mix-room account. You can add as many users as needed by following the same steps.

If a user forgets their PIN code or needs a new one, only the shop owner can retrieve the current PIN or generate a new one from the Shop Owner account.

To view or change the PIN code, click the key icon.

A new window will open, allowing you to view the current PIN code or generate a new one.

Once you have finished adding users to the Mix-room account, it is ready to use in the mixing room at the body shop. All painters can use the same Mix-room account. Each painter only needs to enter their PIN code before starting a mix.

All mixes are stored under the name of the painter associated with the PIN code used.
