Overview
This article outlines the process to follow when a customer wants to connect their shop to a Body Management System (BMS) that already has an established integration with the MIXIT BMS API. It ensures all required steps are completed correctly and that the customer's Shop ID is shared with their BMS provider in a controlled and consistent way.
Process steps
1. Customer submits a request
The customer sends an email requesting that BMS API access is enabled for their shop, and asks for the Shop ID to be shared with their IT champion.
2. IT champion reviews and supplements the request
The IT champion verifies the customer’s details and adds the company name and CRM number from Gaudi. They then forward the completed request to mixitsupport@outlook.com.
3. Support enables BMS API and provides the Shop ID
The support team enables BMS API access for the shop and returns the Shop ID to the IT champion.
4. Customer shares the Shop ID with their BMS provider
The customer passes the Shop ID on to their BMS provider to complete the integration.
Note: Make sure the CRM number and company name are verified in Gaudi before forwarding the request to support. Incomplete requests will cause delays.
