Start mix flow
At the bottom of the formula page, there is a Start Mix button. Clicking on this button will start the "Mix flow"
When you clixked on the Prepare Mix button the Prepare Mix dialog is opened, here you have the following optons:
- Select which layers you want too mix
- The Amount you need for each selected layer
- The Mixing Ratio for each layer
Once alle is set, like in the example below, you click NEXT
In case there is not enough material for one of the components the Stock check dialog will open, if the stock is sufficient this window is skipped
When the 'Enable work order selection on the mix start' is enabled on the settings/config page there will be a following step in the dialog to select the Work Order number.
Mixing the formula
When previous steps are done and you have pressed ENTER MIX the mix will start with the first selected layer, if the primer is selected to be mixed it will start with the Primer layer and continues with the 1st layer, and in case of a 3 coat it will fininishwith the 2nd layer.
It will start with this dialog, telling you to place a can on the scale and to press CONFIRM
After confirming the first mix is displayed.
In the window below you have the following options:
- CANCEL MIX will cancel ALL the layers and will be stored as canceled mix
- CANCEL LAYER, this will cancel thecurrent layer and you will go to the next layer
- PAUSE MIXING, this will pause the mix, you can resume the mix from the Mixes page
- RECALCULATE, this can be used if adding too much of a component
- NEXT , this brings you to the next component
After pouring the last component you click on FINISH
Now rempove the can from the scale and place an empty can and press CONTINUE MIXING
Now you can mix the nex layer, this will continue untill you finished all layers and the mix is stored in the Mixes page.
If you want to skip for whatever reason a layer you click on CANCEL LAYER
you will be asked if you are sure, and if yo are click OK
Now it will inform you that this layer is completed which means that this layer is skipped and by pressing CONTINUE MIXING you can continue to the last layer.
