A workorder is the link between a repair job and what happens in MIXIT. A workorder summary report lets you look at workorder data from a historic viewpoint. This report provides you key metrics around workorders created in your shop.
Workorder summary report provides the workorder highlights and trends based on the last month (month-to-date) and last year (year-to-date) for a selected date. Workorder highlights include relevant data such as workorder costs, panels repaired, and mixes done. Charts help you compare data to the previous period.
To run the report, navigate to Reports --> Workorder Summary
In the report, for the last month and last year, highlights include, number of workorders in that period, number of mixes associated with those workorders, number of repaired panels, the total cost associated with the repair, the average cost per panel, total poured amount of paint that is used for the repairs.
The graphs provide a comparison for number of workorders done over the previous period - the previous month for month-to-date and previous year for year-to-date. For e.g., if you are running the report in 2020, 2019's data is presented for comparison.
