This feature helps you track the amount of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) used per spray booth. In some countries, this data is required by environmental agencies to prove that the active carbon filters in spray booths are replaced on time.
When enabled, users must select a spray booth for each layer at the start of the mix. This ensures accurate tracking and reporting of VOC usage per booth.
By using this feature, you can easily generate reports to support compliance with local environmental regulations.
How It Works
By default, this feature is disabled. You can enable it via Settings → Config.
Once enabled:
- A new Spraybooth page becomes available under Settings.
- You must create at least one spray booth. The booth name can be chosen freely.
- A new report called VOC per Spray Booth appears on the Reports page. This report tracks the amount of VOC used per day and can be exported in Excel format.
How to Use the Feature
- Go to Settings → Config and enable the VOC per Spray Booth feature.
- Navigate to the new Spraybooth page under Settings and create at least one spray booth.
- Once set up, MIXIT will require users to select a spray booth for each layer when creating a mix.
Note: If only one spray booth is available, MIXIT will automatically select it.
Report Function
The main purpose of this feature is to track how much VOC is consumed in each spray booth. This helps monitor the lifespan of active carbon filters and determine the optimal time for replacement.
