In this article we will explain how a setup Colormatchic with MIXIT.
Setting up Colormatchic with MIXIT will allow the user to send color formulas to the ADU, and once mixed retrieve them mix back to MIXIT.
Below is a detail step to step guide on how to set Colormatchic up with MIXIT:

Before start:
- AutoPaint2 version V2.0.11.90013 20231020 is the minimum required version in order to connect Colormatchic and MIXIT.

The customers may use a higher security level in their network, or they might have contract an external IT service. The connection between MIXIT and Colormatchic requires the below ports to be unblocked:

AMQP port TCP 5671 and TCP 5672

- To properly setup the Colormatchic. You will need some files required to continue with the installation. Below you will find a link to download them all.
- Install certificates: The following two certificates needs to be installed in order to continue.
To install them follow the steps below:
- Certificate InstrumentCloudRootCa_(root):

- Double click on the certificate
- Click on "Install Certificate" button

- Select Local Machine and click Next

- Select "Place all certificate in the following store"
- Click Browse
- Select 'Trusted Root Certification Authorities'
- Press OK
- Select "Place all certificate in the following store"

- Click Next
- Click Finish
- Click Yes to install the certificate

- Once the certificate is installed the following message will appear. Click OK.
- Santint-AC100-primary_(intermediate):

- Double click on the certificate
- Click on "Install Certificate" button

- Select Local Machine and click Next

- Select "Place all certificate in the following store"
- Click Browse
- Select 'Intermediate Certification Authorities'
- Press OK
- Select "Place all certificate in the following store"

- Click Next
- Click Finish
- Click Yes to install the certificate

- Once the certificate is installed the following message will appear. Click OK.
- Configure Autopaint2:
Please note: Autopaint 2 isntallation and canisters configuration should be done by Santint.

- Open Autopaint 2 software
- Click on "More" and select Software from "System Settings"

- Select “Enable Interface”, then select “AkzoApiAuto” as current interface protocol,
- Set interface path to “C:\Formula\*.json” and set Output path to “C:\Log\1.json”.
- Click on "Save" button.

- Exit and close Autopaint 2.
- Run "akzoOenviornment.exe" file as administrator.
- Run Autopaint 2 again, and a pop up screen will appear with the AC100 Serial number and Synchronization code

DO NOT close this window as you will need it for the next step.

Claim Colormatchic in MIXIT
- Open MIXIT.
- Navigate to Setting/Devices

- Click on "Claim Device" button.
- There will appear a popup screen where you will need to add the device information such as:
- Category : Select ADU
- Serial Number: Received from Autopaint software popup screen (see image above)
- Synchronization code: Received from Autopaint software popup screen (see image above)
When the device is successfully claimed. The below message will appear.
Now you can start using your Colormatchic.
