I forgot my password
If you don't remember your password, just press "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions.
In just 2 minutes you will receive an email from email@example.com similar to the one below. If you cannot find the email in your Inbox, then check your spam folder too. We recommend you to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your list of contacts to ensure that our emails do not end up in your spam folder. If you did not receive an email, then you either did not confirmed your email address yet or you are not registered in MIXIT. Here you can read how to check whether you are registered in MIXIT or not.
Click Reset My Password button and you will be redirected to MIXIT to set up a new password. Fill in your email, the new password, confirm password and press RESET PASSWORD.
I did not receive an email to confirm my email address
Resend me the confirmation email
In order to access MIXIT you need to confirm your email address. More, we will send emails, including "forgot my password" email, to only confirmed email addresses.
Note: Before you follow the instructions below, we recommend you to add email@example.com to the list of your contacts to ensure that our confirmation email does not end up in your spam folder.
When you try to sign in with a non-confirmed email address (by entering the email and any password), you will get an error message like the one below and you will see the RESEND CONFIRMATION EMAIL button.
Note: if you don't see the RESEND CONFIRMATION EMAIL, then you have already confirmed the email in the past and you have already configured your Body Shop in MIXIT. Nice job! Just click "Forgot your password?" and we will help you reset your password to access your Body Shop.
Press the RESEND CONFIRMATION EMAIL button and in just 2 minutes you will receive an email address from firstname.lastname@example.org. similar to the one below. Press "Verify My Email" button and once you log in, you will be requested to set up your shop settings (your business market, your paint product lines, your documentation and your preferred product line)

I don't know if I am already registered in MIXIT
If you want to check whether you are already registered or not in MIXIT, the easiest way is to try to register yourself again. When you enter an email address which is already in use, MIXIT will let you know like in the image below.
I am registered in MIXIT but I cannot access the site
If you have already registered in MIXIT but you cannot access the site, then either you forgot the password or you did not confirm yet your email address in which case you can request to resend the confirmation email.
I cannot find my Location
Situation: You are a new user who wants to set the shop preferences for the usage of the website. You cannot find your location name in the dropdown location list.
Steps to fix this:
- Double-check your location name in the list. It is listed in the language of the location.
- Contact your local Color Champion and ask him to check and add your Location name in MIXIT.
I want to change my password
When you are logged in to MIXIT, go to "My Account" in the top right corner and select "account info"
Scroll all the way down on the account information page, at the bottom you find the button "Change your password". Click on it and follow the steps on that page. When finished click ok to save your new password.
