In MIXIT, there is a distributor page available. Here, the distributor can see an overview of their customers who also use MIXIT.
Requirements to make the distributor page visible:
- The distributor page is only available if the distributor shop is marked as a distributor. If you are a distributor and the distributor page is not shown, please contact your tech rep.
- Customers are shown if they use MIXIT and have a relationship with the distributor. If a customer is missing from the list, please contact your tech rep.
The page is divided into three sections:
- Shops
Shows an overview of customers and provides the option to share the distributor's own colors and favorite ratios, view shop details, and view prices.
- Distributor Reports
Here you will find all relevant distributor reports available.
- Contracts
This option is no longer valid and has been deprecated.
Shops
Shops
Open the Distributors tab and select "Shops" to view your related shops.
On this page, you have the following options, which can be adjusted per customer or for a selection of customers:
Own Colors Sharing
When sharing own colors is active, the customer can see all the own colors stored in the distributor shop. If the own colors have a measurement, they will also be found when using the bank search.
Favorite Ratios
When sharing favorite ratios is active on the distributor page, only the ratios that are allowed to be shared will be shared. The Allow Sharing option is set for each favorite ratio on the Settings -> Favorite Ratio page.
Actions
Clicking on the home button will show the shop details.
Clicking this button allows you to view prices and upload prices for this shop.
Bulk Editing
When you have selected one or more customers, you will have the option to use the "Bulk Edit" option.
Clicking on Bulk Edit will open the following window:
The following options are available:
- Own Color and Favorite Ratio Sharing can be enabled or disabled for the selected customers.
- Update Retail List Prices. This is only available if there is a country reference shop for prices.
- Pricing Update. With this option, you can upload prices for the selected shops using an Excel file. For more information, visit this page: Create Excel File for Prices – MIXIT Help Center

Contracts
The Contract module is deprecated and can no longer be used. Pricing can now be managed on the Shop page.
