Whitin the Stock report we provide three different reports to manage your stock:
Current Stock
As a stock manager, use the Current Stock report to ensure enough paint material for your Painters to perform their color daily jobs.
In one view, you can monitor:
- Stock Volume shows the number of Liters in storage and in use.
- Stock Value shows the value of your current stock and items in use, using your cost price per marketing item.
- The Pending stock shows the number of Liters (and cans) ordered and not received yet.
- Days of Stock indicates how many days of stock you have available to continue workingas you did the last 28, 60 or 90 days.
To ensure you have enough stock of your fast-moving toners, sort on "Mixed last .. days" by default this is set on the last 28 days, but this can be adjusted to 60 and 90 days in the dropdown menu:
If "Days of Stock" is low and there are no Pending items, then we advise you to order and consider increasing your minimum quantity in the Stock Configuration page.
To optimize stock levels and value, sort on "Stock(L)" and "Stock Value" and ensure there are no Pending items for the paint materials that have a high number of "Days of Stock".
