What's New

What's New
Improvements to the import own colors process
A new page, "My Imports", is now available in the Settings menu where users with the Shop Owner role can import files with their own colors (custom colors and own variants) from ColorManager. This page shows the latest status of the processed own colors (the number of colors successfully imported, failed colors, and duplicates). As soon as the processing is done, an excel file is available for download. This report contains information about each processed own color. More information is available here.

My Colors page displays all your own colors, which you can mix according to the Brands and Products selected in your shop settings. No more “Formula not found”: if you find your own color on the My Colors page, then you can mix it!

What's New
Finnish mix confirmation removed
We removed the confirmation screen "Are you sure you want to finish?" when the mix is finished. Instead, when the last toner is poured, and the painter enters or clicks on the "Save" mix, the mix is saved, and the painter is re-directed to the Mix History page.

What's New
Best matches using the in-stock toners only
When performing a bank search or solid generated formula, the MIXIT users can obtain the best matches using all the toners available in their country (by default) or using only the in-stock toners. This feature is handy for the shops that are not using the special effect toners or have old toners in stock. More information is available here (for bank search) and here (for solid generate).

What's New
MIXIT detects if the weighing scale responds
When MIXIT detects that the weighing scale connected to the instrument manager is not responding, it will inform the user. In addition, it will offer the possibility to trigger a restart from the MIXIT website.
Distributors can share favorite ratios.
A distributor can share a favorite ratio and enable/disable sharing of favorite ratios per account. In addition, an account that is linked with a distributor can view and use favorite ratios from its distributor parent.

- Users can print standard mix labels for mixes without a price
- Price is displayed when the clearcoat has 2 marketing items
- Users can perform color correction from work order
- Favorite ratios are using the data from inventory management

What's New
Cleaner Home page
When the Home page loads for the first time, only the favorite colors are displayed. However, users can still search the created and imported own colors on either the Home page or the My colors page.
Distributors can enable or disable color sharing with their linked shops.
A distributor shop now has access to an overview of the shops that are linked to their accounts. Within this overview, it's possible to enable or disable sharing of the own colors with these linked accounts. This overview is only available for distributors. The shops in the overview are limited to accounts with a MIXIT license (Low, Medium, or High) and a business relation of the type 'distributor'.

What's New
Easier price management
We have released 3 features for easier and faster price management in MIXIT:
- Price per can: Shop Owners can enter the prices per can (aka marketing item) instead of per volume unit. Read more here.
- Retail list prices: Cost prices can now be calculated based on the list prices. Read more here.
- Copy retail list prices: A technical representative with the Support role can easily set up and update the list prices by copying them from a reference shop instead of typing them one by one. Read more here.
Unique formula identifier label
As of January 2021, all the products for customer use and professional use that are classified for health or physical hazards placed on the market in the EU must have a Unique Formula Identifier printed on the label. This includes the mixes done at the point of the mix using MIXIT by the Yacht customers. Our MIXIT Yacht users can now print the UFI label for each mix. Read more here. The mixes for industrial use (VR, Sign, Aero) will require a UFI label as of 1 January 2024.
