Each workorder contains details about the repair work performed, including:
- Number of repaired panels
- Type and quantity of paint products used
- Car information
- Work provider details
The Single Workorder Report provides a bodyshop summary or detailed view of a selected workorder. It can be used for insurance claims or can be attached to a customer job report.
Running the Report
To generate the report, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Reports → Single Workorder.
- Select the specific workorder number from the dropdown list on the right.
- If needed, filter workorders using the search field next to the magnifying glass icon.
Filtering Workorders
Use the following examples to filter workorders:
- Workorders ending in 2020: Remove the asterisk (*) and enter
%2020
to filter workorders that end with "2020". - Workorders starting with "ABC": Enter
ABC
or*ABC
to filter workorders that start with "ABC". (Example: "ABC123" will be found, but "MyABC" will not.) - Workorders containing "ABC": Enter
%ABC%
to filter all workorders that contain "ABC". (Example: "MyABC" will be found.)
Viewing the Report
After selecting the correct workorder, click the "View Report" button to generate the report.
The report includes:
- Repair details
- Vehicle information
- Status updates
- List of all mixes used in the workorder
Note: Only the percentage of mix associated with the selected workorder is shown in the report.
Toggle Between Views
- Click "- Hide mix components" to see a summary view.
- Click "+ Show mix components" to return to the detailed view.
Paint Material Percentage Update Delay
The Paint Material Percentage field in the Workorder Report may take 30-45 minutes to update. The value for Paint Material Percentage can be changed from Settings → General.
Exporting & Printing the Report
Exporting the Report
Click the "Export" button to save the report.
Printing the Report
To print the report, select File → Print.
