Every workorder contains information about the repair work done such as the number of repaired panels, type, and quantity of paint products used, car information, and workprovider information.
Single workorder report gives a bodyshop summary or detailed views of a selected workorder and the report can be used for an insurance claim or can be attached to a customer job report.
To run the report, navigate to Reports --> Single Workorder.
Select the specific workorder number to run the report. The workorder can be selected from the dropdown list on the right. If needed, filter the workorders by using the field on the right of the magnifying lens.
Below examples explain how you can filter workorders.
1) To search for all workorders ending in 2020, remove the star and enter "%2020". This filters only those workorders that end with 2020.
2) To search for all workorders starting with ABC, enter "ABC" or "*ABC". Both will filter all those workorders that start with ABC. Note this will not get results that do not start with "ABC". For e.g "MyABC" will not be returned.
3) To search for all workorders containing ABC, enter "%ABC%". This filters all those workorders that contain the text ABC. With this, you can find "MyABC".
After selecting the correct workorder number from the dropdown list, click on the "View report" button to see the report.
The report contains information about the workorder selected. It provides repair, vehicle, and status information. Each mix in the workorder is listed. Only the percentage of mix associated with the selected workorder is shown in the report.
To see a summary view of all the mixes, hide the mix components by clicking on the "- Hide mix components button".
To get back to the detailed view, click on "+ Show mix components".
Export the Single Workorder report by clicking on the "Export" button in the layout.
To print, select "File --> Print".
