Painters and and the shop owner can use MIXIT a standard Winders account without Admin rights. 

But there needs to be someone in the shop that has Admin rights. This can be a IT person or the Shop Owner. 

Windows Admin rights are required to install software (for example Instrument Manager), change certain settings on the PC or install windows updates.
