We provide you with four reports to manage your stock: Current Stock, Stock Changes, Stock over time, and Stock Export.
Current Stock
As a stock administrator, use the Current Stock report to ensure enough paint material for your Painters to perform their color jobs daily. In one view, you can monitor:
- Stock Volume shows the number of Liters of closed and open cans in your stock.
- Stock Value shows the monetary value of your current stock using your cost price per marketing item.
- The Pending stock shows the number of Liters (and cans) ordered and not received yet.
- Days of Stock indicates the number of days you still have from a specific toner, assuming you will continue to use this toner as you did in the last 28 days.
To ensure you have enough stock of your fast-moving toners, sort on "Mixed last 28 days," and if "Days of Stock" is low and there are no Pending items, then we advise you to order and consider increasing your minimum quantity in the Stock Configuration page.
To optimize stock levels and value, sort on "Stock(L)" and "Stock Value" and ensure there are no Pending items for the paint materials that have a high "Days of Stock".
Tip: Use the filters to see only the data you are interested in (such as the current stock for the basecoats).
Stock Changes
You can easily view all the actions that changed your stock at any moment: stock controls, mix consumptions, and deliveries received.
Use this report when in doubt about past stock changes.
Tip: Use the filters to see only the data you are interested in (such as the current stock for the basecoats).
Stock Over Time
Use the Stock Over Time report to analyze your stock level over time. The graph nicely indicates your usage and the replenishment moments.
Tip: Use the filters to see only the data you are interested in (such as the current stock for the basecoats). Click on a marketing item in the table to see the stock level for that specific paint material.
Stock Export
Use the Stock Export to download the stock levels and values at the end of a specific date in PDF or Excel format.
Tip: You can Expand and Collapse the data per category.
